COLOUR MATCHING

We have a state of the art colour mixing facility on site along with a spectrophotometer. The colour mixing system allows us to produce paint colours in can sizes ranging from 1kg* to 25kgs with highly accurate colour dispensing, to ensure consistency of colour from can to can. Our expert knowledge and ability in colour matching along with the spectrophotometer means we can colour match anything from a colour card to a piece of material. Sheen levels of paint available are from 5% to 100% full gloss. Being able to make and match colours on site gives us complete flexibility to be in control of the colour and to respond to our customer’s requirements quickly and efficiently. If you have other aspects of a job that need finishing to match work we are completing for you, we can also supply you paint to ensure a consistent colour throughout the contract.

We can also supply custom filled pre-cat aerosols. These can be filled with paint, stains or clear lacquer in a sheen level to match our spray finish. We also use the Hazchem network which means we can arrange delivery of your paint order.

*Some shades of white require a 5kg can size minimum mix due to the small amount of pigment required to make the colour accurately.
